Lemon & Basil Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 400g can of chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • salt ∓ pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Good4U Super Seed Salad Topper

Method

  1. Drain the chickpeas and place in food processor.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add plenty of Good4U Lentil Salad Topper and serve!
