Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 2 red peppers (roasted)
- 1 400g can chickpeas
- 1 juice of 1 lemon
- 60ml tahini
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- Drain the chickpeas and place in food processor.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Add plenty of Good4U Lentil Salad Topper and serve.
