Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers (roasted)
  • 1 400g can chickpeas
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • 60ml tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin

Method

  1. Drain the chickpeas and place in food processor.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add plenty of Good4U Lentil Salad Topper and serve.
