1 Good4U - Focus Apple & Cinnamon
30 g Oats
60 ml Milk (or Almond Milk)
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1 Apple

Place oats & milk of your choice into a bowl or jar

Layer your jar with apple, yoghurt, & seeds

Leave to soak for at least three hours, overnight if possible

4

Drizzle some honey and seeds on top to serve (optional)
