
Blend all the crust ingredients in a food processor until it comes together. Form into a 21 cm or 8-inch springform cake pan (press it firmly using the bottom of a glass or a spoon). Place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until firm. Rinse your food processor.
Place coconut filling ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Pour it over the crust and freeze until completely set.
Blend all of the blueberry layer ingredients in food processor until creamy. Pour it over the coconut layer and place it back in the freezer until set.
Decorate with fresh blueberries, designated coconut or any other fruit.
