Heat up the oven to 170˚C.
Weight out all the ingredients.
Melt the coconut oil and mix it with maple syrup/ honey in a bowl.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Transfer the mix to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 min or until golden brown and crispy.
Cool down, mix in vanilla/orange protein balls and store in a jar or airtight container.
Use as desired. Perfect as yogurt topper, and/or with any dessert.
