Lemon & Basil Hummus

Yields1 Serving

 1 400g can of chickpeas
 1 clove garlic
 juice of 1 lemon
 2 tbsp olive oil
 20 basil leaves
 2 tbsp tahini
 salt & pepper to taste
 1 tbsp Good4U Super Seed Salad Topper

Drain the chickpeas and place in food processor.


Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, stirring occasionally.


Add plenty of Good4U Lentil Salad Topper and serve!
