Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Yields1 Serving

 2 red peppers (roasted)
 1 400g can chickpeas
 1 juice of 1 lemon
 60 ml tahini
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 clove of garlic, minced
 ½ tsp ground paprika
 ½ tsp ground cumin

Drain the chickpeas and place in food processor.

Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth, stirring occasionally.
