Summer Flower Salad

100 g Mixed leaves - We used a mix of Spinach, Rocket, Romaine, and Red Lettuce
8 Strawberries halved
½ Cucumber diced
2 Handfuls of edible flowers - We used a mix of Purple Pansies, Dahlia petals, and Violas
¼ Punnet of Good4U Super Sprout Salad Topper
2 tbsp Balsamic dressing
Chop the strawberries and cucumber into bite sized pieces and mix in a in with the mixed leaves and Good4U Super Sprout Salad Topper.
Drizzle with balsamic dressing and layer a yummy handful of edible flowers on top and enjoy!
