Turkey & Cranberry Salad

Good4U Turkey & Cranberry Salad

 150 g Cooked turkey, shredded
 1 bag of Mixed lettuce leaves, washed
 1 Handful of dried cranberries
 100 Cooked brown rice
 ½ bunch of fresh mint
 1 Sliced orange
 1 Handful of Good4u Sprouts/seeds
 3 tbsp Honey and lemon dressing
 1 Large Handful Good4U Salad Topper Lentil Sprout Mix
 1 Large Handful Good4U Salad Topper Super Sprout Mix

To cook the rice – follow the instructions on the packet. When cooked, drain and set aside;


Shred or pull the cooked turkey and set aside;


Arrange all the ingredients on a plate as desired and drizzle with honey and lemon dressing;


Add Good4U Salad Toppers and fresh mint.
