The Salad Formula: Butter Bean and Lentil Salad

Ingredients:
Grain base: Bulgur wheat and Good4U Lentil Sprouts
Protein: 1 can of butter beans, drained and rinsed
Colour: Cherry tomatoes (halved), 1 red onion (sliced)
Dressing: Olive oil
Season: Salt & Pepper, to taste
Texture: Good4U Garlic & Chilli Salad Topper
Herby finish: Bunch of chopped parsley
Method:
- Add the bulgar wheat and half the pack of lentil sprouts to a large bowl.
- Add the butter beans, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and a generous sprinkle of salad toppers.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss everything together. Add a sprinkle of chopped parsley and enjoy!
