Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

We aim to process and post orders as quickly as possible and they are generally dispatched within two days of receipt of order.  Orders placed on a Friday will be posted the following Monday (unless a Bank Holiday). Orders are not processed over the weekend. Please note that during times of the year when there is a high demand for example but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas and a New Product Launch this may lead to longer delivery times.

Orders within Ireland are sent via An Post and once dispatched generally take between 1-3 working days to be delivered. 

Orders to the UK are sent via An Post and ParcelForce and once dispatched generally take between 2-5 working days to be delivered. 

Orders to Europe are sent via An Post and then handled by your local postal service. Delivery times vary depending on location.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when you place the order and another one to let you know when the order has been processed and is on it's way. 

Delivery Rates:  

Ireland:

A flat rate of €4.50 for orders up to €29.99
Free Postage on orders of €30 or more

U.K.:

A flat rate of €4.50 on orders up to £26.99
Free Postage on orders of £27 or more

Europe: 

A flat rate of €10 on orders up to €25
A flat rate of €8 on orders between and €25.01 and €49.99
Free Postage on orders of €50 or more

We currently do not ship to the U.S or outside of the E.U. 

Delivery Failure

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.

If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.
