The Salad Formula: Vegan Greek Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
Grain base: Quinoa
Protein: 1 pack of Odysea Feta
Colour: Odysea Roasted Red Peppers, Odysea Nocerella Pitted Olives, Odysea Kalamata Pitted Olives, cubed cucumber
Dressing: Odysea Pomegranate Molasses combined with Odysea Olive Oil
Season: Lemon juice
Texture: Super Seed Salad Topper
Herby finish: Za'atar
Method
- Add the quinoa to a salad bowl. Add the roasted red peppers, cubed feta, olives and cucumber.
- Combine the pomegranate molasses and olive oil to make the dressing, and drizzle over the salad.
- Add a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of salad toppers and za’atar, then mix everything together.
