The Salad Formula: Vegan Greek Quinoa Salad

Grain base: Quinoa

Protein: 1 pack of Odysea Feta

Colour: Odysea Roasted Red Peppers, Odysea Nocerella Pitted Olives, Odysea Kalamata Pitted Olives, cubed cucumber

Dressing: Odysea Pomegranate Molasses combined with Odysea Olive Oil

Season: Lemon juice

Texture: Super Seed Salad Topper

Herby finish: Za'atar




  1. Add the quinoa to a salad bowl. Add the roasted red peppers, cubed feta, olives and cucumber.
  2. Combine the pomegranate molasses and olive oil to make the dressing, and drizzle over the salad.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of salad toppers and za’atar, then mix everything together.
