Important Customer Notice: Precautionary Recall
At Good4U, our commitment to the safety and trust of our customers is at the heart of everything we do. We are currently carrying out a voluntary precautionary recall of our Super Sprouts Super Greens 60g (Use-by dates: 22/04, 26/04, 29/04, 30/04 & 03/05).
We want to provide full reassurance that all quality assurance checks for these batches were met, and every finished good sample tested has returned a negative result for salmonella.
This recall is being conducted as a strictly proactive measure. We have been advised of a potential risk relating to a raw material we used in the sprouting of Super Greens. In consultation with the Local Authority it was advised that a recall was the best course of action to put safety first and remove this current batch from sale.

Is any other product affected? No. This notice applies only to the Super Greens 60g listed above. All other Good4U products are unaffected and remain safe to consume.

What should you do? If you have purchased this product with the dates listed, please do not consume it. Return it to your local store for a full refund.

1. Why is this recall happening?
While all testing carried out on our finished products returned a negative result for salmonella, we are acting out of an abundance of caution and in line with regulatory expectations to ensure total consumer safety. We want to reassure our customers that all internal controls, procedures, and microbiological tests have been fully verified.
2. I have this product in my fridge—can I eat it?
No, we advise you not to consume the Super Greens 60g with the specific use-by dates listed (22/04, 26/04, 29/04, 30/04 & 03/05). Please return it to the store for a full refund.
3. I have already consumed the sprouts with a use by date in the recall notice. Should I be worried?
Please be reassured that all batches included in this notice have undergone rigorous testing in line with ESSA (European Sprouted Seed Association). Furthermore, Good4U carries out additional testing beyond these standard requirements, using an independent accredited external laboratory.
Testing of representative samples for the dates outlined has confirmed that Salmonella was not detected.

Use-By Dates: 22/04/26, 26/04/26, 29/04/26, 30/04/26 & 03/05/26. No other products in the Good4U range are affected. You can continue to enjoy our other sprouts, salad toppers and snacks with total confidence.
5. How do I get a refund?
Simply return the product to the retailer where you purchased it for a full refund.
