5 Minute Christmas Overnight Oats


30g rolled oats

120ml unsweetened almond milk

140g vegan greek yogurt (plus extra for topping)

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

Pinch of ground cloves

½ tbsp molasses

1 tbsp Breakfast Boost Vitamin

Dried cranberries

Mini gingerbread men



  1. In a jar, mix the oats, almond milk, breakfast boost, molasses, seasonings and yogurt together. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve the overnight oats with some greek yoghurt, dried cranberries and a mini gingerbread man! Enjoy as a quick and easy festive breakfast.
