Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 50g Porridge Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Almond Milk
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Good4U Focus Apple & Cinnamon Super Shot
- Maple Syrup
Method
- Place the oats in a blender until they are a flour-like consistency
- Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon, then blend until smooth
- Mix in the almond milk until the mixture is a pancake batter consistency and allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
- Add one large tablespoon of the mixture to the pan for each pancake
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
- Top with Good4U Focus Apple & Cinnamon Super Shot and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste - Enjoy!
