Method

  1. Place the oats in a blender until they are a flour-like consistency
  2. Add the bananas, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon, then blend until smooth
  3. Mix in the almond milk until the mixture is a pancake batter consistency and allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
  5. Add one large tablespoon of the mixture to the pan for each pancake
  6. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
