Comforting Winter Warmer Berry Porridge

Ingredients:

½ cup cooking apples, chopped and stewed

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup porridge oats

2 cups frozen mixed berries, thawed

1 cup plant-based yoghurt

4 tsp agave syrup

Method: 

  1. Add the oats, plant-based milk, cinnamon, a sprinkle of Breakfast Boost, and stewed apple to the saucepan. Warm on a low heat until thick, hot and thoroughly combined.
  2. In a separate pan, gently heat the mixed berries until warmed through.
  3. Divide the porridge between four bowls. Serve with a spoonful of plant-based yoghurt, the mixed berries and a sprinkle of the Breakfast Boost for extra antioxidants! Finish with a drizzle of agave syrup and enjoy as a cosy winter breakfast.
