Kid-Friendly, Apple Baked Oats Pots

Ingredients:

180g rolled oats

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp sea salt

475ml oat milk

125g unsweetened applesauce

85g maple syrup

2 tbsp Good4U Kids Everyday Boost

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

120g diced apple, divided

80g raisins


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200/180c fan and slightly grease 4 small ramekins dishes. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, oat milk, applesauce, maple syrup, Good4U Kids Everyday Boost, coconut oil and vanilla extract. 

  3. Fold in the raisins and half of the diced apples. 

  4. Pour the mixture into the small dishes and top with the remainder of the diced apples. 

  5. Place the dishes into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. 

  6. Once baked, top each dish with some maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon for some extra autumnal flavour, and enjoy!
