Lemon, Poppyseed and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 100 g Flahavan's Organic Jumbo Oats
  • 150 ml Flahavan's Oat Drink (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp Good4U Immune Breakfast Boost
  • 80 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 75 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Toppings

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a re-sealable jar or container, mix well and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, serve with a dollop of lemon curd and a sprinkling of Good4U Immune Boost and enjoy!
