Ingredients
- 150ml whole milk or alt (oat works best)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp Protein Breakfast Boost
- 1 tbsp dates or honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs or powder
- Espresso shot
- Handful ice
