Quick & Easy Apricot Layered Yoghurt
Ingredients:
- Good4U Breakfast Boost - we used our Vitamin Milled Seeds but any of our range would work.
- Natural yoghurt
- Half an apricot, sliced
- Apricot compote or a very small amount of jam is this is all you have.
- Muesli or granola
Method:
- In a small jar or glass, layer some yoghurt, compote, fruit and muesli. This recipe is easily adaptable so you can choose any fruits and compote, you can even use granola.
- Sprinkle in some Good4U Breakfast Boost to your jar, give a little mix and enjoy the delicious goodness!
- NOTE: You can layer this in any order. If your children like to see the fruit on top, go with that, if you need to hide the granola, put it lower down - everything works, but the combination is brilliant.
