Stewed Apple Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp rolled oats 
  • 100ml oat Milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 gala apple (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Good4U Immune Breakfast Boost

Toppings:

  • Plant-based yoghurt
  • Maple syrup
  • Raisins




Method:

  1. Begin by preparing the cinnamon apples by melting the butter or coconut oil in a small frying pan. Once the pan is hot, add the apple, light brown sugar, and 1 tsp of cinnamon and stir over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until softened and sticky.
  2. Next, to create the porridge base, add the oats, 2 tbsp G4U Immune Breakfast Boost, ½ tsp cinnamon, and plant-based milk to a bowl and microwave until warm, thick and creamy. 
  3. Place the porridge in 1 bowl, and top with yoghurt, maple syrup, raisins, and cinnamon apples. 
  4. Finally, you are ready to serve and enjoy this delicious seasonal breakfast.
