Kids Raspberry Overnight Oats Pots

Ingredients: 


340 grams frozen raspberries defrosted

3 tablespoons Glenisk Bio Organic Yoghurt

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

pinch of salt

90 grams rolled oats 

2 tablespoons Good4U Kids Breakfast Boost

Fresh raspberries and coconut flakes for topping


Method: 


Place everything BUT the oats in a blender or food processor and blend on high until no lumps of raspberries remain.


Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the oats.


Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days to use throughout the week.


Pop into pots, top with berries and coconut flakes and add into your kids lunchboxes the night before, ready for the day ahead!
