Viral Spicy Avocado On Toast (GF & Plant-based!)

Ingredients:

1 medium avocado

2 slices of Genius Loaf 

Sprinkle of chilli flakes

Handful of Good4U Super Greens


Method:

  1. In a small bowl, smash some avocado and sprinkle in some chilli flakes for a chilly kick. 

  2. Toast 2 slices of gluten free bread, and then spread on some of the smashed avocado. 

  3. Finally top with a handful of Super Green sprouts and some chilli flakes and enjoy this delicious lunch treat.
