Ingredients:
1 medium avocado
2 slices of Genius Loaf
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
Handful of Good4U Super Greens
Method:

In a small bowl, smash some avocado and sprinkle in some chilli flakes for a chilly kick.

Toast 2 slices of gluten free bread, and then spread on some of the smashed avocado.

Finally top with a handful of Super Green sprouts and some chilli flakes and enjoy this delicious lunch treat.
