Ingredients:

  • 150g Good4U Super Beans 

  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp tahini 

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • The juice of one lemon

  • Tortilla chips for serving


Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve in a small bowl and enjoy with some tortilla chips.
