Avocado with hummus and sprouts
Cut a large avocado in half, de-stone and carefully remove the skin. You can scoop out a bit of flesh to make more space for hummus if you like.
Fill the avocado half with beetroot hummus and top with a pile of fresh Sprouted Salad Topper and some thinly sliced radish. Serve with some fresh sourdough bread or crackers.
