Kid-Friendly, Banana and Blueberry Oat Bars

Makes: 12 servings


Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed  

250g porridge oats

250ml oat milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp Good4U Kids Everyday Boost

200g blueberries


Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200/180°C fan. Grease a 20 x 30cm baking tin and line with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, add in the mashed banana, oats, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup and Kids Boost and mix well with a wooden spoon until all the oats are coated in the milk and banana mixture.

  3. Add the blueberries and gently mix in.

  4. Scrape the mixture into your prepared baking tin and press down well so the surface is flat..

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until turning golden brown on top.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin before cutting into 12 bars and enjoy!
