Vegan Protein Chocolate Easter Nests

Makes: 12 nests
Ingredients:
250g vegan chocolate
170g cornflakes
1-2 packs vegan mini eggs
3 heaped tbsp Good4U Vitamin Breakfast Boost (plus extra for topping)
Method:
- Line a tray with 12 paper cupcake cases.
- Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave and set aside to cool for a minute or two.
- Add the breakfast boost and whisk through.
- Add the cornflakes and mix thoroughly until all of the cereal is covered with chocolate.
Divide the mixture up into your 12 cupcake cases then add the chocolate eggs.
- Place the nests in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the chocolate has fully set. Add an extra sprinkle of breakfast boost and enjoy as a delicious vegan treat that’s perfect to make with the kids!
