Vegan Protein Chocolate Easter Nests

Cook time: 5 mins

Makes: 12 nests

 

Ingredients:

 

250g vegan chocolate 

170g cornflakes

1-2 packs vegan mini eggs

3 heaped tbsp Good4U Vitamin Breakfast Boost (plus extra for topping)



Method:

  1. Line a tray with 12 paper cupcake cases.
  2. Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave and set aside to cool for a minute or two.
  3. Add the breakfast boost and whisk through.
  4. Add the cornflakes and mix thoroughly until all of the cereal is covered with chocolate.

Divide the mixture up into your 12 cupcake cases then add the chocolate eggs.

  1. Place the nests in the fridge for 1-2 hours until the chocolate has fully set. Add an extra sprinkle of breakfast boost and enjoy as a delicious vegan treat that’s perfect to make with the kids!
