Winter Apple and Beetroot Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored & chopped)
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 5 g ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 2 tsps plain yoghurt
  • 10 g spinach leaves
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp Good4U Immune Breakfast Boost

 

Method:

  1. Prepare your apple and ginger by peeling and chopping into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass, sprinkle some extra breakfast boost for extra goodness, and enjoy this delicious smoothie to boost your immune system this winter.
