Winter Apple and Beetroot Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored & chopped)
- 150 ml apple juice
- 5 g ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 10 g chia seeds
- 2 tsps plain yoghurt
- 10 g spinach leaves
- A handful of ice cubes
- 3 tbsp Good4U Immune Breakfast Boost
Method:
- Prepare your apple and ginger by peeling and chopping into small pieces.
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
