Nut-Free Asian Slaw

Serves: 4



  • Half a red cabbage, shredded 
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 3 chopped spring onions 
  • A bunch of chopped coriander
  • Good4U Super Seeds 

For the dressing:

  •  3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil 
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl or jar with a lid, place all the dressing ingredients. Whisk or shake to combine.
  3. Toss salad with the dressing to coat. The salad can be served immediately or kept in the refrigerator, covered, for 3 days.
  4. Enjoy a delicious, healthy, and crunchy slaw to complement your BBQ.
